Intra Oral

This Massage consists of work on the neck, shoulders, and muscles of the mouth. We will retrain your muscles of mastication(chewing) and reduce the stress they put on the jaw and temporomandibular joints as well as focus on relaxing the mind. We will work on trigger points and areas of pain referral thereby releasing tension in the fascia around the jaw, neck, head and face. Combining this massage, acupuncture, and relaxation techniques can greatly reduce occurrence of related headaches, anxiety, reduce overall upper body tension.
