What is your “why”? Why do you do what you do and how does that impact your work?

I would describe my why in 2 words: connection and empowerment. I love connecting with people and creating a safe space to dive into all the layers of healing. My goal is to be a facilitator of health, allowing each individual to tune into to their bodies to find out what their own unique needs are in body, mind and spirit. I also hope to give guidance on ways to create bite-size, sustainable habits that allow for lasting change. I believe health care and body work is a partnership and a journey.

If you could snap your fingers and be anywhere in the world right now, where would that be?

Traveling the world, exploring places I have never been.

Favorite thing to do in your free time?

I love to be outside, hiking, running and just being. I also love spending time with my husband and kids, going on adventures and watching the awe that exists in little people.

One piece of advice you give to ALL patients [clients].

Be kind to yourself and your body. Small habits and consistency are what create real, lasting change. Movement is the key to longevity. Don’t stop moving
