Say Hello to
Gina Williams

Angelina (Gina) received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese medicine in Denver, Co in 2015. She is nationally board certified (NCCAOM).

Gina relocated to Flint, Mi to treat patients after a water environmental crisis broke out, and ran a successful practice there. She returned to Colorado in 2020 and began her career with Calm Spirit. In 2022, she went on a volunteer trip to Nepal to treat rural villagers in the Himalayas. It was extremely fulfilling and keeps in touch with her team and sends continuous aid.

Acupuncture became a passion after dealing with several health issues following the birth of her daughter. The conditions were difficult to treat and acupuncture gave so much relief and resolutions. Gina decided she wanted to bring healing to as many people as she could. “Chinese medicine and therapies can help balance the body in so many amazing ways. I believe it is so important to take care of ourselves and others.”

What is your “why”? Why do you do what you do and how does that impact your work?

I had health issues in the past that were not resolving with western medicine. I tried acupuncture and felt so much better. I want to bring the same relief to my patients with issues that are affecting their lives.

If you could snap your fingers and be anywhere in the world right now, where would that be?

If i could go anywhere in the world it would be Italy. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, Go to dance lessons and make new friends. Brunch is always fun with the ladies.

One piece of advice you give to All your patients (clients)?

Several items. Keep the wind and cold off you neck. Only use ice on your body 24-48 after injury.

Try to keep cold items off the menu. ice cream, ice cubes, hard veggies. To let your tummy do it's job :)
