What is Gua Sha?

Gua sha involves firmly rubbing a person’s skin with a Gua Sha tool or ceramic spoon. Gua Sha works to relieve stagnation, or in other words, to clear some illness from the body by getting it to move. Gua Sha is commonly used to treat respiratory illnesses, muscle pain, improve circulation, manual lymphatic drainage, and many more issues!
