Why do you do what you do and how does that impact your work??

Being a massage therapist has taught me that every human body is never the same. And most humans are always in search of some type of healing experience. This concept has allowed me to look beyond the physical and focus on mind, body and soul.

If you could snap your fingers and be anywhere in the world right now, where would that be?

Depends on the time of year and how I emotionally feel. It changes all the time.

At this present moment, Monday March 10, I would love to be somewhere exotic, spiritual, quiet, historical, with water, mountains, and warm wet weather.

Favorite thing to do in your free time?

Again this changes, but at this present moment, Relax with good food and a movie/sitcom, not having to do anything but lounge around and saying thank you to myself for making it through the day. You did it!!

One piece of advice you give to All your patients(clients)?

Tough question, it is different for each client.

It's good to be honest with yourself and be mindful of your actions when going through your healing journey. Take one step at a time.
