A graduate of Denver Integrative Massage School, I joined the Calm Spirit team in 2022. I emphasize my alignment with CS, which encourages multiple techniques to help clients feel better and achieve an enhanced quality of life. 

Massage is one of the things in my life that has helped me through ailments. Now I want to help others find healing and have a positive impact on their lives. I have a passion for all things health and wellness as well as a strong belief that everything in our bodies is connected. It's my goal to help others optimize their bodies potential through a variety of modalities!
