I would love to be traveling the world! Anywhere warm!

Favorite thing to do in your free time?

My favorite things to do are spend time with my family, animals and working out.

One piece of advice you give to ALL patients [clients].

Be kind to yourself. Be patient and consistent. It's taken years to get your body to where it currently is. It’s going to take time to change it. Don’t give up and remember to smile!
